A Real Hi-Fi Wedding: Amy & Jessie’s Creative Carnival Celebration

This is one of those weddings where I might have paid just to be there. So to be the lucky photographer, or a guest, or part of Team Awesome…had to be a special moment in their lives. Marina did a fantastic job of capturing this couple on such a joyous day, and explaining the awesomeness of the photos with such sweet words.

Amy and Jesse are just about the cutest and most original couple ever. Jesse is a super talented musician. Amy is an accomplished tattoo artist and tv star. With the help of all their family and friends, they pulled off a pretty amazing carnival themed wedding at Moli’i Gardens.

The reception was more like a dance party with non-stop action on the dance floor. With tons of carnival food (popcorn, peanuts, cotton candy, and corn on the cob!) and vegetarian treats, no one was going hungry at this wedding. Amy’s good friend Kristina of Rise Up Cakes made all vegan cupcakes and of course the cake. It was all so delicious.

A lot of hard work and love were put into this wedding. All the painted items, fabrics, balloons, and details were hand made by Amy, Jesse, and friends.
