A Real Hi-Fi Wedding: Erskin & Kira’s Composed Ceremony
Kira & Erskin had an amazing renaissance wedding at Antrim 1844 in Taneytown, Maryland. From all of the stationary that Erskin designed himself to elaborate board and strategy games that were set up at every table during the reception to the eclectic music throughout. First, with Erskin, his sister and several of his friends singing an a Capella version of “Locus Iste,” by Josef Anton Bruckner at the beginning of the ceremony when Kira entered. The music chosen for the reception was quite vibrant and included tunes from the game Tetris, Jazz, and everything in between. The dreamiest part?! Erskin composed a beautiful piano piece to be used for their first dance as husband and wife.
Processional: “Locus Iste” by Josef Anton Bruckner, as sung by Erskin, his sister and friends as a choir during the ceremony as Kira walked in

The website for the wedding provides a fair amount of general details about the event. We hope to have some of the printed materials up there as well shortly. (Some of the little game booklets, invitations, etc.)
Once I get a chance to re-balance the recording of the processional (Locus Iste) I’ll see if I can get that up as well.
