When I came across this wedding, I couldn’t stop gasping. Every image put a tingle in my spine, and I couldn’t wait to find out the juicy details about the music! Lex shares the nitty gritty awesomeness that is her and Loren:

I grew up obsessed with music and making mix tapes (which later turned into mix cds) for any and every occasion. Loren grew up obsessed with music playing the drums and living out of a van. We met at one of his shows December 10th 2006 and were married December 10th 2010. For three years while he toured, we would communicate through lyrics and mix cds… it’s all we knew. So when we started our wedding planning process, we wanted to revolve as much of it around music as possible. We took old Dylan and Shins tour posters and designed our wedding invitation around their layouts. We took apart my record player so that we could use it as our cake stand. And we gave out mix cds for our party favors; on the labels this was printed: “music is what brought us together; love is what has kept us together; this is our music love story.”
