::deep sigh:: Who wouldn’t have wanted to be in a girl group in the sixties?! I’m in an all girl band (called The Porcharitas) and we’re always daydreaming about being among the short dresses and big hair stardom from that decade. The Ronettes definitely inspire me musically and fashionably. This week let’s hear it for these girls!

ooo i love the ronettes. and that song is so beautiful. have you read ronnie spector’s autobiography? it is one of my favorites. i bet i’ve read it 6 times!
