Each week I digitize a 45 from my own personal collection and share it with the earholes of the internet. The Sunday Singles are not just for those planning a wedding, but for music lovers across the board. It’s a recollection of the past with the sound of vinyl against a needle and the warm song that results.

I first heard The Time Stoppers thanks to one of my all time favorite compilations, Pebbles (a series of 28 vinyl records with “original punk rock from the psychedelic 60s”)! Along with the Nuggets compilations, I’ve found so many rad bands thanks to the Pebbles series. As a matter of fact, there’s not much else I know about The Time Stoppers…only bits and pieces from what “garage band” sites have said. While the A-Side is a foot tapper, the B-Side is just an instrumental song with a cute name (not that there’s anything wrong with an instrumental song, it’s just not as hip as the A-Side, in my opinion).
