A Real Hi-Fi Wedding: Katie & Jesse’s Jubilant Day
Practically everything you see in this wedding was done by the bride. All of the lovely elements came together to help create such a gorgeous day! Family was also a big part of Katie and Jesse’s wedding. Almost every person close to them was involved in some way, shape, or form. Surrounded by the ones they loved Katie and Jesse had huge smiles throughout their darling day!
Processional: Hard to Concentrate – Red Hot Chili Peppers
Recessional: All Over Now – Eric Hutchinson
Wedding Party Intro Song: Shake Senora – Pitbull
Bride & Groom Intro Song: Jessie’s Girl – Rick Springfield
First Dance: Island on the Sun – Weezer
The first song we ever danced to. I think we were about 18.
Father-Daughter Dance: De Nina a Mujer – Julio Iglesias
I never see my dad get very emotional, but he could barely keep it together during this song. Throughout our entire dance he shared with me what the song meant to him and how it related to our relationship. Music has always been a bonding agent for my dad and I. Since I was very young he wanted to make sure that I knew the classics and explored outside of my NSYNC comfort zone. He exposed me to everything possible and from there grew my love of music.
Mother-Son Dance: I Hope You Dance – Lee Ann Womack
Bouquet Toss: If You Want It To Be Good Girl – Backstreet Boys
Garter Toss: Thong Song – Sisqo (an inside joke for the couple)
