Big Surr – Alright
Big Surr hails from the music city neighbor to the north of me: good ole’ Nashville, Tennessee. I’ve actually never really been jealous of that city until here recently. There are SO many awesome bands making incredible music – seriously, a lot of my recent favorites are just 2 hours away! Good thing our record store usually falls on the paths of tours and we’re making connections with folks (rubbin’ elbows y’all!).
Anyway, back to Big Surr. This track has just enough garage, mixed with rock, topped off with catchy-as-shit vocals. All of those combinations make for an instant Summer hit in my books! Oh, and it’s super sweet so if you’re in need of something a bit more edgy to round off the playlist, push play and enjoy!
