My jaw dropped when I saw this stunning venue – I’m infatuated with old interiors and peeling wallpaper! Jessica and Patrick had an adorable, intimate wedding amid this incredible space! In her own words, Jessica explains:

“As far as the planning goes, because we had a lot of out of town guests we wanted a wedding that reflected the unique and eclectic feel of Austin. I think we achieved this through the venue; from the outside, Palazzo Lavaca is this unassuming historical building downtown, but once you enter it is this grandiose, opulent interior that is timeless yet trendy an d something that is unmatched in this area. We added very little to the space to keep the integrity of the space.We wanted to carry this theme through with our music choices. Both of us have an offbeat taste in music and really wanted that reflected at the wedding knowing that it wasn’t most peoples’ taste, but that was a risk we had to take! We wanted a wedding that was a little unconventional which our music helped to define.”
