A Real Hi-Fi Wedding: Derek & Elizabeth’s Eclectic Celebration
Oh, be still my heart! This wedding is just breathtaking! From the setting, to the style, to the whimsical and magical celebration! These two surrounded themselves with their friends, family, and favorite music! With a blend of live music and a DJ they had the best of both worlds! The musical elements began as guests arrived – Chris (a band mate and friend of the couple) taught them the processional song (Ben Alloway – From This House) and everyone began singing all together as the wedding party started walking down the aisle! After Elizabeth and Derek exchanged their vows, the guests made a tunnel for them to run through – how sweet! The reception started with a medley of hits before the band, Underground Horns, came out and played an hour long set of original music that made the barn shake. Once everyone was good and loose, the dance party roared on! Best part? Because their venue had no time or noise restrictions, the guests danced until nearly 2AM. As a perfect way to end the evening, an acoustic campfire sing-a-long of guest requested songs were performed after the dance party!
