A Real Hi-Fi Wedding: Jenine & Alex’s Octoberfest Awesomeness
Jenine and Alex’s Octoberfest-themed wedding was laid-back and sweet (and featured tarot-card reading goodness). Jenine incorporated a family German tradition of log cutting at the end of the ceremony, and all of the details and overall aesthetic of the day was designed by her. What a beautiful celebration of love! Alex is a musician and had several of his band mates play music throughout the day. One of them played an acoustic version of Pink Moon by Nick Drake as their ceremony processional song, and their first dance song was This Must Be The Place by Talking Heads (two of my personal favorites)! The couple had a local DJ spin vinyl during the reception, and loads of their favorite hits were spun as they danced together as husband and wife!
