Music Inspired Invites
I can’t resist mix tape graphics. It’s totally a weakness and I’ve given in to it! When I first saw these invites on Oh So Beautiful Paper, I thought I’d just share one image on my ‘Friday Favs’ post later this week, but then I clicked to see more pics on the bride-to-be’s site*…and there it was! A stamp of a mix tape. BOOM! I was sold. So, without further intro – here are some truly DIY and personal invitations.
This is an interesting idea:
For a little bit of fun I thought it would be cool to have a slam book on each table. In case you don’t know what a slam book is, according to wikipedia.com, a slam book is a notebook which is passed among Junior high school students. The keeper of the book starts by posing a question (which may be on any subject) and the book is then passed round for each contributor to fill in their own answer to the question. So I guess that officially makes me 13 going on 30.

*of course after clicking around and “stalking” a bit, Raechel is really into music, so mayhaps we are a perfect match for each other after all! Maybe we’ll all be lucky enough to know what their wedding mix will be!
