A Real Hi-Fi Wedding: Brian & Kim’s Wagon Wheel Wedding
Remember these two musical love birds and their teal VW bus? Now that the knot is tied I’m thrilled to share their funtastic wedding! From classical, to rock, to coordinated dances – this wedding had it all!
For the ceremony they had Effesenden play classical (Pachelbel’s ‘Canon’ and Vivaldi’s ‘Winter’). For the reception, they had Karaoke from Hell for most of it! That playlist consisted of mostly classic rock.
For their first dance, their friend Matt Bean (the guitarist from local Portland band Wy’East) played a cover of Swept Away by the Avett Brothers. For Kim’s dance with her dad, a guest sang Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay. And to top it off – they had coordinated dances! The bride’s family danced to I Want You to Want Me, and the groom and the men in his family sang Born to be Wild. Whatta night!
