Introducing: Sunday Singles!
So I was trying to think of another way to incorporate more music on Hi-Fi Weddings when I had a Voila Moment! In addition to an on-going list of songs, I also have Tuesday’s Tune, wedding playlists, guest mixes, Mixtape Masters (when I can remember), and the General Eargasms. After scoring a collection of over 200 45’s to add to our already GIANT collection, I thought it would be a fun idea to digitize a 45 each week and share the songs with all of you!
Since White Rabbit Studios (a lifestyle photography and design company I started with my friend Stephanie) now offers DJ services, this is also a great way for us to build a database of songs that might not be found in digital form. With this new “series” I’m knocking out several birds with one musical note (proverbial stone)! Without further ado, I introduce the Sunday Singles!
Each week I digitize a 45 from my own personal collection and share it with the earholes of the internet. The Sunday Singles are not just for those planning a wedding, but for music lovers across the board. It’s a recollection of the past with the sound of vinyl against a needle and the warm song that results.

Side A:
Brenton Wood – Gimme Little Sign
Side B:
Brenton Wood – I Think You’ve Got Your Fools Mixed Up
I first learned of Brenton Wood with his tune “Oogum Boogum“…and I was instantly hooked. “Gimme Little Sign” was another popular hit single that keeps my toes tappin’. I was pretty stoked to find this in the new pile of 45’s and thought this would make a great opening to the series!
Wanna mingle with more singles?! Check out all of the past Sundays!
