The Sunday Singles are not just for those planning a wedding, but for music lovers across the board. It’s a recollection of the past with the sound of vinyl against a needle and the warm song that results.

This week’s single is a little crispy…there were a few minor scratches that got in the way. But hey – all part of the appeal, right? The Hollies are another fabulous group from the 60s (are you surprised?!) that have created some great tunes throughout their prime…even though they are still recording and touring. Inspired by everyone’s favorite Buddy Holly, The Hollies are known for their vocal harmonies and pop sound. “On a Carousel” happens to be one of my favorites, so I was stoked to find it on 45…even though I’m still on the look out for a better copy.
