Guest Mix: DJ Qlassick of Scratch Weddings
I know sometimes I’m pretty biased when sharing Tuesday Tunes and Sunday Singles. That’s why I love having guests write up playlist ideas! It’s great having so many DJs in my corner as they are usually pretty eager to put together a rockin’ list! Today I’m stoked to have DJ Qlassick of Scratch Weddings share not one, but TWO lists full of song ideas! Perhaps the song(s) you’re looking for is below!

PART ONE – PROCESSIONAL
With all that you have to consider for your big day it’s quite easy to forget a detail or two. Did we call the caterer? Did we remember to let the florist know about that change we wanted to our arrangement? It’s even quite commonplace to get to your rehearsal dinner and come to the shocking realization “I haven’t chosen the song I’m going to walk to…” You’ve dreamed of the song that will make you swoon, give you chills every time you hear it because it reminds you of how beautiful and perfect your big day was…but…you don’t have one yet. Don’t fear, no need to panic, I’m here to offer a list of some of the most meaningful, heart-warming, memory inducing wedding processional songs.
This I Swear (Nick Lachey)
Because you Loved me (Celine Dion)
What A Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong feat. Kenny G)
Endless Love (Lionel Ritchie/ Diana Ross)
Can’t help falling in love (Elvis Presley)
When You Say Nothing At All (Ronan Keating)
Come What May (Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor)
Canon in D (Pachelbel)
Grow Old With Me (Mary Chapin Carpenter)
In My Life (The Beatles)
Kissing You (Des Ree)
Arioso (Bach)
I don’t want to miss a thing (Aerosmith)
I Believe in You and Me (Whitney Houston)
From This Moment On (Shania Twain)
The Wedding Song (Kenny G)
Traditional Wedding March (Richard Wagner)
Wedding March/Marriage of Figaro (Mozart)
PART TWO – LAST SONG
You’ve walked down the aisle. You’ve said your “I Do’s” and had a fantastic time, celebrating with friends and family alike and partying the night away. I’ve given you some great suggestions on how you’ll make your entrance, but what about your exit? What song will be the backdrop to that fabled ‘last dance’? It is after all the culmination of your big day. An exit is just as important as entrance, right? No worries! Here’s a list of classic, traditional, modern, and ‘slightly suggestive’ songs to provide you a lifetime of happy memories surrounding your last dance!
Save The Last Dance For Me (Michael Buble)
I’ve Had The Time Of My Life (Bill Medley & J Warnes)
Last Dance (Donna Summer)
At Last (Etta James)
Time Of Your Life (Green Day)
Let’s Get It On (Marvin Gaye)
Faithfully (Journey)
The Way You Look Tonight (Frank Sinatra)
And because there’s always an encore, a few bonuses…
Don’t Stop Believin’ (Journey)
The Time {Dirty Bit} (Black Eyed Peas)
We Are Family (Sister Sledge)
You Shook Me All Night Long (AC/DC)
Forever (Chris Brown)
Livin’ On A Prayer (Bon Jovi)
Don’t Stop The Music (Rihanna)
Celebration (Kool & The Gang)
